Opening up in therapy can feel overwhelming, but I believe real healing begins when we’re able to show up as our authentic selves. My goal is to create a space where vulnerability, honesty, and even humor are welcome — a space where you can explore both who you’ve been and who you’re becoming.

I work with individuals of all ages, drawing from Existential, Person-Centered, and Feminist approaches to support growth and self-discovery. With couples (18+), I integrate Imago Relationship Therapy and the Gottman Method to help partners navigate challenges, deepen connection, and communicate more openly. I also specialize in working with LGBTQ+ clients, people in CNM relationships, and members of kink communities.

I’ve been working in the mental health field since 2020 — a unique and challenging time to begin this journey. I earned my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University that same year. My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by many roles outside of counseling, including retail management, food service, and hospitality. In 2018, I provided mental health evaluations in a rural New York hospital, and more recently I worked in community mental health, focusing on therapy with couples and LGBTQ+ individuals.

Outside of work, I love reading, live music, traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with my two cats.
