It can feel overwhelming to open up and be vulnerable with someone, but I believe that when we show up as our authentic selves, we are able to work toward healing.

I work with individuals of all ages. I use Existential, person-centered, and Feminist approaches to therapy. My goal is to create a space where vulnerability, humor, and healing can happen. Much of my work focuses on exploring the connections between "who we've been" and "who we are becoming."

I also work with couples (18+), utilizing Imago Relationship Therapy and the Gottman Method to help couples navigate difficult conversations and build deeper connections in a safe space. I also work closely with clients in the LGBTQ+ community, consensually non-monogamous (CNM) relationships, and kink communities.

I've been in the mental health field since 2020, which was such a weird time to be a new therapist! I graduated from Chatham University in 2020 with a Master's in Counseling Psychology. In what feels like a past life, I've worked in retail management, food service, and hospitality. In 2018, I completed mental health evaluations and consultations at a rural hospital in New York state on their behavioral health floor and in their emergency department. Most recently, I worked in community mental health with a focus on therapy with couples and individuals in the LGBTQ+ community.

In my free time, I like to read, attend live music, travel, try new restaurants, and spend time with my 2 cats.
